We take your personal data protection seriously and respect European and National data protection laws. Including where applicable, UK national data protection laws for the United Kingdom and Swiss Federal Data Protection legislation for Switzerland. The data controller is the hiring Le Creuset company. In addition, Le Creuset Group AG with its registered office in Neuhofstrasse 4, 6340 Baar, Switzerland acts as joint-controller -along with the hiring Le Creuset company-for the definition and implementation of the general recruitment strategy.

By sending your CV, you are allowing us to store your personal data in our database and systems for the purpose of assessing your suitability for this job position and to pursue your recruiting process. This processing is necessary in order to take steps to evaluate entering into an employment contract with you.

In case your application is initially unsuccessful, we would like to keep your details on file for an additional time of up to 12 months for consideration for future vacancies, unless you tell us that you don’t want this to happen. Should a position become available that is a good match we may reach back out to you.

  • to data portability: you can request us to export all your data from our candidate database.

  • to object: you can request us to stop processing your data indefinitely.

Remember that you have the right to lodge a complaint before the competent data protection authority where you live or where we are established.
